I’m Anu, a yoga teacher passionate about pain and healing. As a lifelong pain warrior who found a way to get her life back, I now help others do the same. My unique fusion of ancient yoga tools, modern science and eastern healing practices helps you tap into your innate wisdom and restore yourself from within.

Hi, I’m Anu

A hatha yoga teacher with a passion for science. I love looking at ancient teachings through the lens of modern research and finding where the two align.

I am fascinated by our body’s innate ability to heal itself; the power of thought to make us unwell and well again. I believe we are only just discovering the awesomeness of our mind-body-energy complex.

Yoga has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. I grew up in India attending yoga discourses with my grandmother, visiting ashrams of great yogis with my aunt and absorbing rich spiritual traditions. It instilled in me a deep belief that we all hold great wisdom and power in us.

I met my own guru in the late nineties and was initiated into the hatha yoga tradition. It was then that I discovered the science of yoga! It blew me away. As a lifelong student and now a teacher of yoga, I continue to be amazed by what yoga can teach us about our body and mind and the human condition.

It is this love of yoga and science that informs my teaching and my practice.

I invite you on a joyous journey of self-discovery and healing. Let’s live better in our body and mind.
